Answer: Forms of investment in Vietnam are specifically regulated in the Investment Law. Accordingly, there are 4 forms of investment as follows:

1. Investment in establishing economic organizations;
2. Investment in the form of capital contribution, purchase of shares, capital contributions to economic organizations;
3. Investment in the form of PPP contracts;
4. Investment in the form of BCC contracts.
